At CardBoard Boxes Packaging, we manufacture customized packaging products according to each customer’s specific requirements. Because custom-made boxes are produced specifically for individual orders, our return and refund policy is based on the nature of the product and order.
1. Custom-Made Products
Most of our packaging products are customized according to the customer’s:
- Size and dimensions
- Box style
- Material
- Printing and artwork
- Color
- Quantity
- Finishing requirements
For this reason, custom-made packaging cannot normally be returned or exchanged once production has started, unless the products are defective or there is an error on our part.
2. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before production begins.
Once an order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible because materials, printing, labor, and manufacturing costs may already have been incurred.
Any eligible refund will be reviewed based on the stage of production and costs already incurred.
3. Damaged Products
If your packaging arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, please contact us as soon as possible.
Customers should provide:
- Order details
- Photographs of the damaged packaging
- Photographs of the shipping package
- A description of the issue
We will review the claim and determine the appropriate solution.
4. Manufacturing Defects
If the products have a genuine manufacturing defect or do not substantially match the approved specifications, please contact us promptly.
After verification, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of defective products
- Reproduction of the affected quantity
- Repair or correction where practical
- Partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances
5. Incorrect Specifications
Customers are responsible for confirming the final specifications, including:
- Dimensions
- Quantity
- Material
- Printing artwork
- Colors
- Text and spelling
- Finishing
- Other customization details
Once the customer approves the final design or proof, CardBoard Boxes Packaging is not responsible for customer-approved errors or changes requested after production has started.
6. Returns
Returns must be approved by CardBoard Boxes Packaging before products are shipped back.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customized products that have been produced according to the approved specifications are generally not eligible for return simply because the customer has changed their mind.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the refund amount and method will depend on the specific circumstances of the order.
Refunds may be reduced by costs that have already been incurred for:
- Materials
- Printing
- Manufacturing
- Customization
- Shipping or delivery
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after the refund has been confirmed.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are generally non-returnable:
- Custom printed boxes
- Customized sizes and shapes
- Personalized packaging
- Products manufactured according to customer-approved artwork
- Bulk custom packaging orders
9. Quantity Variations
For large-scale manufacturing, minor production variations may occasionally occur due to normal manufacturing processes. Where applicable, any acceptable production tolerance will be communicated or agreed upon before production.
